Mr. Marshall is a rare find in this field. I’ve worked with him on a limited amount when he was manager of previous office complex. Even though it was short encounter it was was a good experience. When he decided to start his own company I was thrilled not only for him but also for me, because I got the chance to work with him more closely. It’s been a great experience. It’s very difficult to find a person that genuinely puts your business as top priority and work towards the success of your business. His actions has supported that goal since day one. He has knowledge not only in real estate but in other things such as construction and electrician. He is very easy to work with and provides constructive feedback. For a newcomer to this field, he has been a tremendous help. One of his best attribute is, he is at least 2 steps ahead of his client at all times.
